We ship via USPS First Class Priority for most orders and UPS Ground for larger orders. Small orders such as jewelry and/or orders under $50 will be shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes. There are additional charges for orders with multiple destinations. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or shipping delays due to events that occur that is out of our control. We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all purchases. Please mention at checkout on item(s) you'd like wrapped. As always, we ship using recycled material whenever possible.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund your account with in 10 days from the original shipping date. The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, bearing store tags and/or special protective coverings. Simply ship back the merchandise prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped and a request for a signature. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns past 30 days from the original shipping date. Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will only be refunded if it is a result from an error on our end. Please note that we will not accept returns of any items that were customized or special ordered. Earrings and sale items are final. We reserve the right to deny returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
