FAQs How will I know my order was accepted? You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed. We will ship your order within 3 days when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. We will not charge your card until we ship your order. Do you offer Will Call? Absolutely! If you live in the area and would like to pick up the merchandise, you can call in your order or email us your order along with your name, address, phone number, credit card number and we will gladly hold your items. You may also pay in the store when you pick up the merchandise, but we can only hold the item(s) for a maximum of 3 days. Sorry, we do not accept checks in-store. What about gift wrapping? As always, our basic gift wrapping is complimentary in-store and online. Is ordering online safe? Shopping at bohemianbutterfly.net is as safe as shopping in our store. Your information is confidential and protecting your privacy is very important to us. We will never give, sell or trade your name, address, email, or any other personal information to a third party. Can I return an item I bought online at your store? Sure, but returns must be within 7 days from the original shipping date and all item(s) must be in perfect condition with store tags attached. Please note that we will not accept returns of any customized or special ordered items. All earrings and sales are final. How can I be sure the item is available before I order? Although we try to update the site frequently, it can sometimes be difficult since most of our merchandise is one of a kind and limited produced items.
